This fraudulent company FLIGHT CRYS 1877 205-2165 is a SCAM posing as Southwest airlines and will take your money and charge you enormous amounts on your credit cars for a flight you never took. I have reported them to the We TIP , and the Attorneys General office . I have been fighting to get Citi Bank to refund me my money back on my Citi bankcard as I never took a trip for 2600 dollars. Citi Bank is doing a poor job of representing their consumers as I am fighting for myself to get this resolved and I will continue to fight . This company is a fraud . I spoke to several people at the fake FLIGHT CRYS company and they act as if they posted the funds back TO THE CARD as Citi bank is saying the COMPANY IS refusing to give the money back. I have obtained legal council for this matter.
