Description
Received an official looking document from a Washington DC PO Box days after forming a new LLC. The document demands a response within 30 days under threat of OSHA violations for my new company if I don't order a safety manual for $295. It says in very small print that this is not a government agency but the document is clearly intended to look as if it is.
