They claimed to be a magazine article wanting an interview, completed the interview and the article was posted on their site. They asked if you wanted a print copy of the article and I said yes and ordered 3 copies and submitted payment since everything seemed fine up until this point. They said it would take 2-3weeks which was fine but I later got billing emails that it wasn’t paid even though I got a confirmation email at payment and I sent that to them confirming I paid. I sent messages to the billing emails and the people I’ve even speaking with about the article and they all replied, at least a week later, that they would check into it or that it was paid and things were fine. I never got a shipping notification or anything further regarding shipping and have sent several emails demanding some response or update, all communication back to me has now stopped. I’m no longer getting replies and I’m out the money I paid for what I thought was a reputable business.
