Centennial Med Supply LLC billed my Medicare supplement insurance company $13,500.00 on 15 different occasions over the past 5 months for Urinary Catheters WHICH I NEVER NEEDED, ORDERED OR RECEIVED!! I found out about this scam upon receiving and viewing my monthly statement, where I discovered my Insurance Co. paid out $1,800.00 to this scam operation. I immediately contacted my Insurance carrier and informed them of the situation. They informed me that they were turning it over to their investigative division.
