I purchased a Brown Jacket from them, as well as I purchased a jacket for my Daughter (two different addresses). When I received my ugly jacket which at writing on the back - and they were going to send me another one - which I never received. Upon speaking with these people they told me that to return it I would have to send it to China (wait, it said company name Boston), then they said they would issue me a 20% credit, I again contacted them and they said they would issue me a 30% credit. The credit came for the wrong jacket. Later yesterday I decided to open this jacket. (I was so shocked writing on the back - I would never wear anything written on the back! There is no telephone number to reach them, they did not send me a purchase order with my package - while they do respond quickly, they should have just returned the UGLY JACKET and send me my pretty BROWN jacket. My daughter received her jacket and she said she was disappointed in the quality. Never buy from them .. maybe research when they say BOSTON
