Description
On October 15, 2025, I purchased two dresses from FancySpring Services under the following order numbers: • Order #******** • Order #******** The tracking numbers provided were: • ************** * ************** Upon reviewing the tracking details through your provided shipping company ************************************************ it clearly shows that both packages were delivered to the East Coast (West Hampton and Maryland). However, the shipping address listed in my order was in California, on the West Coast. I have contacted your customer service multiple times since October 24, 2025, when the tracking incorrectly showed “Delivered,” to inform you of this issue. Despite my repeated attempts, your response has been to request that I pay an additional $10 per week tracking fee and to contact neighbors or the post office — which is unreasonable given that the delivery error is clearly not on my part. Additionally, I purchased shipping insurance for both products, which should cover misdelivery or loss. Your company’s refusal to honor this insurance or take responsibility for the delivery error constitutes a breach of consumer protection standards and failure to deliver goods as promised.
