I placed an order for the GLP-1 patches, which I believed were the Kind Patches because the images were exactly those of the Kind Patches. What I later realized after placing my order on 9/19/25, and after over a week of waiting for my order to ship, was that those images were stolen and photoshopped to remove Kind's logo and imprint. In addition, I noticed that once the shipping label was created on 9/28/25, it was created in a Roland Heights California and the company listed was Audiorax, LLC. Of course I researched Audiorax LLC, which is a legit business, but unaffiliated with "Marciatrol". So, I did what anyone with money on the line would do: I reached out to customer support via their email, and when I received a response, my suspicions were fully confirmed. This is a scam company, who was using other legit businesses to cover their tracks. Tracks. Not only that, when I finally received the package, I saw that it look just like anything that is shipped through Amazon from a foreign country. By the time I received the package, I made up my mind that I was going to refuse the package because I did not and do not trust anything that I can't fully track for real. As of today, 11/4/25, The package was returned to the sender by USPS on 10/20, and I continue to get copy and paste the emails from the support team. Furthermore, I just went to there listed website, and it no longer exists.
