I received a letter that demands urgency to contact someone, who looks like my lender, about my mortgage. It is either a poorly executed attempt at a sales pitch or scam targeting new home buyers. "We have been trying to reach you regarding a matter of importance as it relates to protecting your mortgage with [lender]. Please call 1-833-408-1587. Thank you, Mortgage Protection Center".
