I ordered the Levora Color Changing Lipstick from trylevora.com. I saw no indication that it was coming from China and not Wyoming. Once I saw the shipping data I was on notice and followed the shipping from BenBen, China to Olivehurst, CA. The notification stated that it was here in Olivehurst, CA on 11/1. Then I received a notification that the package was being sent to Mail Recovery Center and would be returned. On 11/3/25, I went to the post office and inquired about the package was told that the package arrived with postage not paid by company, which is a flag for them, even though I was charged for shipping. I was told the delivery address was not correct, that these were flags for them. I called my credit card company and reported this issue. I’ll have to wait a couple weeks for them to research and return funds. I got home and researched their data and found the contact information was off. Company Address: 1021 E Lincolnway #5058, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA The picture of the address shows an empty building with a Farmer insurance sign upside down on the front of the building. Phone: 805-864-3231 this leads to a voicemail message of how to contact them by email. So, the place doesn’t exist in Wyoming or the USA period. This is a false business being advertised as being legitimate on US soil. I never received the product but they have my money at this time.
