I received my medical statement from my provider. Centennial Med Supply LLC has charged Medicare 6,750.00 for a Catheter for june 2025, july 2025, august 2025, that I was not scheduled for nor ever needed a catheter. This is a fraud company scamming medicare, insurance and people out of money! Shut them down!
