This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
The scammer pretended to be a consumer clothing store with special floral embroidery art. The items that arrived were not as described, plus they arrived weeks past the date agreed upon. These clothes are of bad quality, flimsy fabric, and nothing like what was pictured online. This company has no plan to accept returns or reimburse or give store credit. They will string the customer along until one finally realizes that they are not going to do anything. The package came from Jerry Yasfbara, 9208 Charles Smith Ave. Rancho Cucamonga, CA. There is no phone number. I will upload the order and their responses to my requests.
