This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Bought a limited edition water bottle/tumbler on their myluluworld website. Got a receipt with the item and shipping fees and paid through PayPal. And then 5 business days later, no updates about sending item and no response from my emails with concerns about shipping the item. Also Googled the phone number and saw this BBB and poor Yelp reviews about a previous website that was scamming people under the previous name “Elegant Fairy”.
