Description
Ordered clothes from semi-annual sale ad. Waited for over a month for my order. Never arrived. On inquiry I was emailed by Cindy, Caroline Brown, Rita Kelly and a few other names. All with different excuses. Then I was told to send $15.00 to reorder but that I would have to wait 25 days because everything was out of stock. I said that I wanted a refund and they offered me 30%. I said no and to send my full refund.
