Description
I get multiple calls per day from Onvoy LLC. Most of the time, they do not leave a message. Sometimes they will leave a voicemail that is empty (i.e. no voice, but there are background noises like coughing, breathing, typing, ringing phones, etc.). Other times it is a voice mail from an alleged collection agency ( I have no outstanding debts, so there is no reason for a collection agency to call me and this is a voice-phishing attack and therefore criminal activity). Onvoy needs to be held responsible.
