I was offered 1 free crystal a month for $13.95 shipping cost. Today I was charged just over $26 for 1 crystal's shipping. I wrote to customer service and told them to cancel and refund my money as I was never told about this. They claimed to have sent out an email about having to raise the price due to rapid growth (in a month?). I received no email. They then offered $17.xx shipping. I told them it was bait and switch, no. They said before they could cancel, they would offer the original 13.95. I told them cancel and refund, or I would dispute with my bank and send the email thread as proof, and negative review everywhere. FINALLY they cancelled and put in for a refund. I'm still negative reviewing everywhere because thiis is unacceptable. The crystal I did receive is low quality and can be bought at a local shop for a couple dollars.
