This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Spook Society seemed to be a legit Halloween costume retail website. However, once you place an order they are reluctant to provide a tracking number. After emailing multiple times, they provide a fake tracking number that will say it’s going to your town, but nothing will ever be delivered.
