AI generated a number (855-951-2929) for United which took me to an airline company. In the haste, I did not notice the name. They had access to all our flight information, as well as other airline info, and were very professional. I spent 2 hours on the phone with the representative who had an accent (Indian maybe?). Finally after both my husband and I had a weird feeling, we googled the number and saw it listed on the BBB. They sent 3 emails: 2 from flightreservations.us and another from support airlines. Both websites appear to be legit but after reading the BBB info, I hung up. A Mexico phone number then called repeatedly and left an angry message to pick up the call or call back.
