Description
I ordered a product and paid for insurance to make sure it arrived and good order. It arrived smashed so I contacted the company and requested a return. They informed me that they do not pay for returns and said I would have to return it to China because they're United States facility was not currently available . In addition, this product was advertised with a money-back guarantee, which it turns out is not applicable if you use the product at all. I have not used it but this was just another part of the scam.
