I ordered two shirts. They arrived, but were too small. When I requested a return label, they demanded a lot of information, including photos. They have no phone number, so our conversation had to take place over email only, with each response taking a full day. (I suspect I was actually dealing with someone in China.) in the end, instead of honoring their return policy (which is different on their website and their email), they suggested that I just keep the merchandise and donate it to someone in need, in return for a 15% discount on a future order. When I insisted on a refund, offered me a 15% refund.
