Description

I was contacted by a number claiming to be Select Health with "important health information." It was an automated system. I assumed it wasn't real so I didn't proceed through the system very far, but I was hoping to opt out of further call. The system asked if I would prefer to be contacted by text or email so that I could get more information or have my number removed from the call list. I selected text so they could send me the link to remove my number, was prompted to enter my phone number, then disconnected. I never received a text with a link. I later received a charge to my debit card I didn't recognize, looked up the description, which included a phone number ((888) 700-8184), and realized it was related to the phone call I received earlier in the day.
