I I purchased an airline ticket from this company, and the day before my departure, I had not heard from Zap Flights. So, I called JetBlue; however, they said there was no reservation. I sent a stern email and threatened to stop payment for fraud. Ten hours before the scheduled departure, I received a call from Zap Flights saying that the airline had overbooked the flight and they would transfer me to Southwest, but it would cost an additional $198.00, which I paid. On my return flight, I went to the airport and spoke with the ticket agent at Southwest, who said there was no reservation for me. I called Zap Flights and sent another email but did not get a response. I was stranded at the airport and ended up paying a full fare on United Airlines totaling $1985.00.
