The website looks beautiful and trustworthy. They promise high quality products and the pictures on the website are great. I placed an order with discount on October 14. They charged full price, no discount. I emailed them and they promptly refunded me the discount. However, when I asked when to expect delivery they started being shady and evasive and I suspected that they might be scammers. I researched them online and they have low reviews, calling them scammers and stallers. I requested cancelation of the order on October 18. Their cancelation policy says on the website that an order can be cancelled for full refund before the order was shipped. My order was not even being processed, and their site shows till now that the order is only placed, no other information. After I requested cancelation, they started stalling me with poor English Emails, sayin that I should wait for the delivery and see maybe I will like the product. I kept requesting cancellation, they kept stalling me. Then they told that the order was shipped. They gave me a tracking number and I saw that the order was shipping from China. The order was electronically transmitted there after I requested cancelation. It was hipped two weeks after I requested cancellation. All this time they were stalling me, dragging time. I filed a complain with my CC and CC temporarily refunded me money, depending on the case. I received the order and first of all, one item was missing (a toy for a girl), but it had some orange cables I did not order. Other items that ordered (bicycle models) were is horrible condition, in cheap plastic bags, not like on their website, nit giftable at all. I saw through the bags that not parts were there, and there was no assembly instructions. I requested a pre paid return shipping label. But now they are ghosting me. No emails, no answers. My order on their website still shows unfulfilled.
