Scammer posed as Royal Caribbean and said that if we paid off the balance of the trip, we would get an $800 discount. My parents gave them their Royal Caribbean confirmation number, and they pulled up their account and actually paid off the balance on Royal's website on my parents account with a random credit card and charged them the balance minus $800 which my parents paid with a credit card and the transaction showed up as paid to "Trans Cruise Reserve". A month later, the scammer canceled the payment and Royal reached out to my parents that their payment was reported as fraudulent.
