Description
Door to door salesman working for Hydro one with Encore General Contracting sold us a heat pump and EV hot water tank but did not install the same items from the offer. No year round weather heat pump or elevated EV hot water tank was installed. They installed two cheep items that were not part of the sale. Promised saving over monthly electric and gas bills would offset 100% of the new payments for the two pieces of equipment. Not true. Said federal government through hydro one will send a $5000 grant, 25 free annual inspections, parts and service covered for 10 years, 0% interest rate offered by federal government through hydro one for 25 years was the exact deal. Nothing was true. Got scammed for $41,810 bill now on my house line of credit where I pay 250$ or so of interest monthly. We do not have the money to pay back the loan.
