Description
I received an EOB from Medicare for a claim date of service 7-30-25, charges for Intermittent urinary catheters from Centennial Med Supply LL.. I do not currently, nor have I used catheters in the past. I have contacted Medicare regarding these fraudulent charges, and I have also contacted my secondary Insurance Company. Apparently, there are more charges made to Medicare for monthly supplies from April through October from this company. According to the BBB this particular company has been and is being investigated for fraudulent billing to Medicare. I am one of many apparently.
