Description
It was a very real looking invoice from “Pinkus Dermatopathology Laboratory” for “histopathologic analysis” from a date of service 14 months ago, with amount due of $100.04 after insurance was deducted. They did have some personal information that was stolen, seemingly through my healthcare organization. They also included a disclaimer reason why it was billed late.
