Mint & Lily provides fake photos of jewelry and false advertising to entice people on social media. When people buy, including myself, they charge your credit card immediately. You then receive an email stating your products have been shipped within 3-5 business days. However, does not include any tracking number or a phone number where you can reach their customer service. No products are sent and the "shipping" information just says "in transit" but the mail carrier does not have possession of the package. Customers are left to just emailing the company's customer service to inquire the status of delivery of the products they've purchased only to get information that their package is still on the way. After a few attempts by the customer to find a resolution, the company then tries to convince the customer they will either resend a new package of the products or provide them with a gift card to spend on something else on their website. They will not provide any refunds, and the scam starts again. I myself have been a victim along with more than 100+ customers. I am attaching proof of some customers that have been scammed. This sample of customers are just page 1 of more than 10+ pages of customers on their website's reviews. The website uses TrustPilot as their review's platform. I am currently in the process of filing a fraudulent claim with the FTC and further up the chain for investigation. This company has got to stop embezzling consumer's money and trying to get away with it.
