Description
I received a letter in the mail with a stamp that was not postmarked. It says RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED and asks for me to call a number with my VIN number and current mileage before a certain date. It claims that their records indicate I have not contacted them about mechanical coverage on my recently purchased vehicle and that I have a limited amount of time to contact them and risk being financially liable for any and all repairs to my vehicle if I don't activate my coverage with them. It states that they reserve the right to revoke my eligibility for service coverage if I do not meet their criteria and I need to call within 5 days to ensure eligiblity. It is signed Paul Friedrick.
