I purchased 4 beautifully embroidered colorful flowing advertised dresses on the comstylish.com website. When the dresses arrived they didn't look anything like the photos online. The dresses were thin polyester material with silk screen designs to appear like the website. They are not embroidered or wide and flowing. They look like trash. My daughter pointed out to me that the images on the website are AI generated. I am very disappointed. I contacted the company immediately @[email protected] as instructed on their website return policy. [email protected] first responded stating they would have the return department be in touch with me via email in 5 to 7 days. I did not find that to be acceptable as I must return the products within 30days. I wrote them again asking for the return address or return center to return the items for a full refund. Then they offered me a 20% store coupon. I wrote again stating that I was not interested in a coupon, I would like a full refund. I have not received a response since my response email on Friday, October 24, 2025. I have tried calling, however, the phone number listed under contact us +1 (513) 443-5372 does not work it either ring, fails or is busy. I just want to return their 4 polyester dresses for my $145.95 spent on false advertised dresses. Please DO NOT be SCAMMED by Comstylish.com.
