This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I called what I thought was Spectrum tech support and spoke with Ethan. He explained that if my mom did not accept an offer from ADT that her Spectrum bill would in crease by $65.00 per month! I have attempted to contact Ethan multiple times (385) 401- 4787 without success. After speaking with the "real" Spectrum I learned this is a third party scam!
