My boyfriend purchased what he thought was jeroble's viral blanket sweatpants from an ad he came across on instagram. He made the purchase on october 13th and had not heard anything from them. He emailed them asking for a refund and they said that he could receive a $5 refund instead of canceling the order until the order arrived and then he could request a refund. He replied and said he wanted a full refund now since he has not received any information about shipping. They replied again and told him since the item had been processed it was against their policy to give a refund.
