Description
Website advertised as Lane Bryant clothes. Same setup as offical Lane Bryant site. Placed order. Recieved tracking number. Watched for 32 days as tracking website showed package in transit with ladt 10 days being in my local area. I emailed customer service and asked about delivery, then next tracking showed package delivered. No package. Emailed customer service again. They apologized offered me a 20 % discount and reshipped box. Provided new tracking number using a different shipping tracking website. New tracking showed box delivered in 10 days, however no box ever recieved. Emailed customer service again requesting full refund of order amount $55.02. Have not recieved any email responses.
