FreeShipping.com claims I signed up for a subscription I didn't actually sign up for. First they charged me $2 and ignored my email requesting my money back and a cancelation. Two weeks later (today) I was charged another $19 for the "subscription fee" even though I didn't sign up for it and previously had requested a cancelation and refund.
