I too, was scammed out of $47 by credit card for annual fee not agreed to and unable to remove my card info from site, for there's no way or means to remove, I guess unless you contact the company. I entered into Free Trial of embroidery patterns $3.99/mo or 10 downloads, whichever comes 1st within 30 days. I applied for the 10 downloads Oct17,2025, by Oct25 I was automatically entered into a yearly subscription $47, which I never signed up for and was prior to way before 30 days of trial end. I sent my complaint via their chat system today Oct26, as I wait for a return reply back. I will also be reporting this to my card company as scam. ??
