When I first signed up for TrueKind and placed an order for a few bras they were delivered like they were supposed to about a year ago. But then they charged me again for 3 more bras and shipped them out again even though I didnt order anything. Same story each time about some sort of membership I didnt know i signed up for but was promised multiple times that my membership was cancelled. According to them the last time i cancelled was in July but i got another delivery with 3 bras again last week and my credit card was charged yet again. I’ve reported them as a spam multiple times with my credit card, I got a new credit card with a new number a few months ago but yet TrueKind somehow figured out how to charge me again. Their online chat is useless. I’ve asked many many times now for them to close my account and stop sending me / charging me for bras.
