I'm here to report the fraudulent behavior of the "Saferide" car rental company at the Orlando Airport, operated by RROACARRENTAL. I rented a Saferide car with Economy Bookings for $57.76 from September 29th to October 1st. When I arrived at the Orlando rental company on September 29th, the price changed to $164.72. I returned the vehicle on October 1st and was inspected both internally and externally by the rental company manager, who told me everything was perfect and there were no problems. When I checked a few days ago, I found two credit card payments of $500 and another of $200, credited two days after delivery. I contacted the Orlando rental company and it took four hours to get a response, and I had to contact the Miami office for a response. When they finally responded, he made up a story about us smoking in the car and charged me $500. This is an unacceptable scam! I have a 4-year-old daughter and would never smoke in the car. We never smoked in the car, and the car was inspected the day we returned it, and there were no complaints; in fact, I was told it was perfect! I'm also attaching the documents and contracts.
