Description
I ordered six (6) items from Derila by phone, having seen the advertising about Derila neck pain relieving pillows. The merchandise arrived in three (3) separate deliveries (two (2) Derila Ergo pillows, two (2) Derila Ergo Cooling Pillowcases and two (2) Derila Knee Pillows). I did not like all the items, so I returned five (5) of them, keeping just one (1) item (one (1) Derila Knee Pillow), and did the return in two boxes, as authorized by speaking with a man at Derila, and using the labels provided in the Derila emails sent to me. Derila received all five (5) returned items inside the two (2) boxes on October 8, 2025: one (1) box at 8:59am Eastern Time and one (1) box at 9:00am Eastern Time, according to the United States Postal Service. NOT including either Derila's original Shipping and Handling costs OR my return shipping and handling costs , Derila has only refunded $79.96 to me. The total refund to me should have been $144.94. Therefore, Derila still needs to refund me $64.98, which they are not doing, even after several phone calls, including two (2) calls yesterday, 10/24/25. Each of these phone calls to Derila took one hour, and I was AGAIN given the runaround and a smokescreen of useless information. Derila representatives have told me they received the returned merchandise, and then they say that they have not received it?!? At Derila's request, I even sent them 4-5 copies of the United States Postal Service Tracking Receipt--twice from a local Postal Store near where I live, and two (2) or three (3) times yesterday, by email. Yesterday they said they did NOT received the emails, which I sent while still on the two-hour-plus phone calls with them. They gave me another Derila email address to use, which came back to me as not a valid email address. At the end of both calls, the Derila representatives said my phone was "breaking up" and they couldn't hear me! Why would they refund any money at all if I hadn't returned the merchandise? Because Derila has received the merchandise, the United States Postal Service cannot help me. They can only help with an insurance claim if a package is "lost." Derila is making money by dishonest practices. They are a bunch of crooks, liars and scammers.
