Description
I ordered a pair of Halloween lanterns. These are supposed to have a red light and allegedly atomize water into a fog, or mist. What i received has a white light, not red, no instructions, and when i fill the middle clear tube in the light housing with the water, it drains from below into the housing itself and fills up the housing, and the housing also leaks out. I emailed the company about this and they asked for pictures. I sent them numerous pictures which also showed the WITE, not RED light. They emailed back and said this was the correct product and would only give me a 30% discount on my next order. In the email chain they even confirmed themselves what i ordered confirming the red light. Even with their confirmation, and my photos showing the product is wrong, they refused to refund me and ship this back to them. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Also, the product is very very small. Their photos and video to buy the product are very misleading making you think these are much taller items. Along with all that, the quality of the product is really bad and cheap.
