On Facebook I seen an advertisement for a quilted pug tote, made by the company VANTIQUE. It totaled for $ 60.43. From the picture it looked really nice. When it finally arrived it was a piece of junk . Strings hanging out all over the item, no cotton filler at all, a flat piece of junk that should be only maybe $ 5.00. I reached out to the company, they said I need to return the item at my cost I paid $ 20.00 to return it. So now it came to $ 80.43. I had to give them the tracking # which I did. This all began 9/9/2025 I had numerous emails back and forth with them saying their payment system is down. The phone # 1-501-534-5948 doesn’t work. They continually have an excuse. It is presently 10/ 25/2025 and we are still going around and around with this. I am beyond upset that these foreign companies get away with not having accountability. Lesson learned buy American made!!!!
