I ordered from this company after checking if there were any complaints and reviews. I also checked if it was there was a store in Vancouver. This business was advertised as a bricks and mortar store that was closing after 30 years. On the "about" page was a story about a woman and her granddaughter running this store. Obviously a fake story. I received the order many weeks later which were far different from what I ordered. I have bever seen such poor quality. I contacted them to process a return to which the response was that they didn't do refunds. They sent be a copy of their refund policy which was not on the website. I checked before purchasing an they had a 30 day refund/exchange policy posted. I contacted them again via email and said this was unacceptable. They offered a discount if I kept the products which I declined. They sent me the refund information when I noticed that they were based in China. I asked if this company was a company in China and they said yes. I returned the items to the address provided on July 22 2025 and am still waiting. I have since co tacted them and have gotten no response.
