This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I was trying to purchase a product. Then I was told I had to purchase refundable insurance, then a medical card, then activation. Then my package was damaged and I’m supposed to get a refund from Novabank Online of 17,800 and at that point I realized it is a scam.
