Ordered mens western boots that were advertised & pictured as "one of a kind, hand crafter & stitched genuine cow hide" but received mass produced printed PU leather of very poor quality and appearance, nothing like the advertised product. (Refer attached pics of advertised product vs received product) Company not at all interested in taking the product back and only offer a 10% refund (which is about that the crap is actually worth) Product was posted to me from an in-country address however I was informed that I would need to send back to China at my own expense & wait three months for a refund to happen. This is not at all like the "east refund / return" policy they advertise on their web site. Had to cancel the credit card used in case of more transactions appearing from this fraudulent business & boots were thrown in the bin. A massive loss of $220.00 AUD
