The website uses the same color scheme as the government site. They do have a disclaimer, but it is at the very top of the page in tiny print. The site presents as though you are 'expediting and streamlining' your passport application process and applying on line. The fees you pay seem like you are paying for the passport fee but what you are actually paying for is a PDF with your information to be emailed to you. I selected both a passport book and a passport card, for which they charged me more, just like the govt. does. But more for WHAT? I got one, prefilled form emailed to me. This was a complete rip off to begin with, but to charge me extra because I wanted a passport card is just next level thieving. It leaves me wondering if my passport information also has been stolen. It wasn't until I printed out the form and started reading about how to submit it (which I thought that's what I had already paid for) that I noticed there would be the additional fees for the PASSPORT and what I had already paid was for the PDF form. The link to the form is good for 90 days and if it expires, you can email them for a new link. This tells me they are storing my data - but is it even secure? and what else are they doing with it? These folks need to be shut down and investigated for identity theft and selling user info without permission.
