Description
I order the torqueball on 9-11-25. When it hadn't arrived in 2 weeks I keep asking when it would arrive tracking info showed it was shipped from China. After a few weeks I asked if they could ship me one from the US location and they did I received in about one week. Once I received it I discover that my hands were not strong enough to wind the ball up to use. I can't use this product. I started contacting Torqueball about not being able to use the item the after I received it. They suggested I should try wearing a glove to wind it up. They will not reply to my emails about returning this item and receiving a refund. They claim to have a 30 day return policy but you can't them to send you the info you need to return the ball. Nowhere in the info about using the ball does it say you have be strong as a weight lifter to wind it up. They promote it as being to help you with your hands and wrist not that you have to already be strong as a ox to wind it up. This company is a total scam they will not even reply to my emails asking about getting a refund my $97.97.
