This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
This number called me claiming to be Xfinity and I upset because they lied. I documented my concerns with Xfinity as well on 10/24/2025. The Custer service agent stated that Xfinity does not call their customers like that. The scammer phone number had Xfinity’s exact voice recording of their 1800-COMCAST line. I am concerned that how do random numbers call and know a person’s internet or cable company they use. This information should be confidential and secure and no organization should sell our utility providers.
