Bought dog grooming tub on ebay 8/29/25. I received tracking number from seller for China delivery JCEX. seller manually uploaded tracking so it looked like the tub was shipped. I never received a tracking number once the tub entered the US. After the tub was a week past expected delivery date(9/25), i contacted ebay. Seller never responded to my texts. Seller sent tracking # from usps, stating it was delivered Sept 4th. According to jcex it was still in China. I contacted usps, they stated a delivery was made but to my address and it was an envelope. They also said usps does not delivere items over 70 pounds. The tub weights over 150 pounds. I contacted ebay, because they have a guarantee. Ebay said since seller sent tracking saying it was delivered, that i have to pay for it. The seller was new and has sold multiple tubs now. Sellers now has negative feedback with people saying the same thing. PayPal agreed with Ebay because of fake tracking number. Buyer beware. Ebay and PayPal guarantee does not protect the buyers.
