Description
Received an EOB from Medicare concerning Part B charges for claims between June 19 - October 17, 2025. Centennial Med Supply LLC charged Medicare for 300 intermittent catheters on each of four (4) separate dates: June 4, July 4, August 4 & September 4. I never received these supplies nor did I ever use a catheter. Medicare paid for these claims.
