Scammer sent email to organization's CFO with an invoice (attached) and W9. The W9 is for "LEADERSHIP RESOURCES AND CONSULTING LLC" with the address 1615 Scottsdale Dr. Leander, TX 78641 , with an EIN of 26-2858216 and signature "J. Wright" The email was a fake email chain, pasted below: From: Jackson Wright [email protected] Date: Thu, Oct 23, 2025 at 3:16?PM Subject: Fw: Focus on internal tech improvements To: REDCACTED - CFO email address Hi, As per [REDACTED]'s instructions, I am forwarding the attached statement for your review and subsequent payment.
