This call was a cold call scam. I did not apply for a loan, do not know this person/company, and, my number has been on the DO NOT CALL LIST for OVER 15 YEARS!!! "Hi there! No hard credit check is required and funds can be sent to your account by end of today. You can use them to pay off high interest debt, cover medical bills, or take care of personal needs. This approval is tied to your credit profile and new relief guidelines for Michigan residents. Don't wait! Call now to be connected with me directly at my Grand Rapids office. I searched both the number that called me and the number she gave in the message. Neither are *real*. Absolute SCAM call. How do we stop these?!?!?! I've been getting at least one loan scam call EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. since July 6, 2025. It's now Oct 23, 2025. EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!!! Albeit this particular message is different in that she left a personal name, company name, and stated it was for a hardship loan. No other call has left that much information.
