I found a site online that claimed to sell used car parts. I gave them my information to reach out to me about said parts. They contacted me and said that they had the parts I needed in store and sent me to the billing department. The billing department then proceeded to use my card information to make multiple purchases that were not the agreed amount, and that were not purchased by the company that I had reached out for the car parts. I then verbally said that I wanted to cancel my transaction and have my money refunded.They got upset and told me numerous times that if I hung up the phone that it would cancel my transaction. I confirmed and said I wanted to the transaction canceled.They started to yell so I hung up the phone and they have tried to repeatedly reach out to me since.
